Since 2003 Kloth Designs has created expertly crafted sample collections and performance pieces from concept
through production delivery, for hundreds of designers producing many thousands of individual styles. We source
raw materials and manage production both locally and abroad. The Kloth team has extensive experience with
tailoring, draping, outerwear, interior design, gowns, costumes, childrenswear, handbags, and more. Here is a
detailed description of the services offered by Kloth.
Michelle Elizabeth Lee from the serene Gulf Islands of British Columbia, Canada, nurtures a life
centered around the transformative power of creation and self-expression. Her journey began
with a passion, leading to her graduation from The Helen Lefeaux School of Fashion Design, a
school renowned for its contribution to Vancouver and Canada’s fashion industry. Her thirst for
knowledge and dedication to her craft saw her step into the role of educator at the Blanche
Macdonald Centre. It was during this time that the seeds of her entrepreneurial spirit took root,
culminating in the establishment of Kloth, a boutique sample house that embodied her vision.
Under the guidance of a master pattern maker and in collaboration with exceptionally skilled
artisans, Michelle honed her ability to translate concepts into tangible realities. Her approach is
defined by a meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to self-expression.
